Hi there everyone! I have always had vivid dreams all my life, and I can remember many of them. Once I heard about realizing you were dreaming, then being able to have some control, so the one time I got anywhere close to that, all I could think to do was jump where I was standing. I'm not sure if I was just dreaming I had control, or if I really did. Anyway, I am going to try and get better at it. I'm usually so inthrawled in the dream itself to realize I'm dreaming. It's like watching a movie, and you dont' want to be interrupted.

I have that feeling too about it being like a movie. I found this site to be very helpful with lucid dreaming. Infact I just had my first LD. i reccomend that you check those tutorials first and for most. I'll give you the link
