      Hi from Andrei

Hi everyone. It is nice I found your forum, probably will find something usefull to fix my problem. I had few lucid dreams, but all of them didn't happened because of I wanted them, but because they just happened. Every night I can remember 2-3 dreams very well, but I am just a marionett in them. There is never such question is it dream or not, just because I never have a chance to think about it. I just cannot. Probably something in my head doesn't let me think in my dreams or I am little bit deepper in it then it should be. No one of techneeks help me. What to doooooooo ????????????

If you're having lucid dreams without willing them to happen, then what we'd call you is a natural.

Seeing as you're having difficulty with thinking about whether you're dreaming or not, I'd suggest you start doing regular Reality Checks.
A Reality Check is anything that makes you question reality. Do them regularly while you're awake in the day, then when you go to sleep the habit of Reality Checking will carry over and you'll often realise that you're dreaming.
You can read more about Reality Checks (or RCs) here in a tutorial that DV's former Dream Guide Shift wrote:
      Reality Check Tutorial

Also, welcome to Dreamviews Andrei, if you have any questions about anything then feel free to drop a Private Message to any of the staff here, particularly the Dream Guides.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

Thanks for all your good words.
Regarding to check if it dreams or not: How to make myself just think about it in my dreams? If this hought will come in my head I will be fine, but how make this thought to come to my head?
Sorry for such questions -just a newbieeee.
      Thank

When you do it, say every hour in real life, it will become a habit. You sub concious will register it, and when you are dreaming, you may do it.
