I read about adoption but didn't find the explanation of how it actually works. Let say if somebody will decide to pick me up. What next? How to comunicate? How often? during the day, night,...? I understand that every "teacher" has his/Her owne "methods", but in general how it looks like? What I have to be ready to?

Sleep schedule, dreams, anything so your mentor can help you become lucid. How to communicate: forum PM, Messenger, email, phone, etc. How Often: Whenever you feel like you need to discuss lucid dreaming.

Us adopters are happy to help, that's why we are adopting =] im new(well not really) i did have another account but one day it wouldnt let me log in so eventually i made this account. i could use some help with WILDing and DILDs and sleep schedule etc, etc..... I will have time to talk from like 3:15pm to as late as 5am cuz i got school and stuff. pm would be best for me to talk, ok? adoption?

I am in (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) in Toronto. Comunicaton through internet (any type of messangers) basically from 9am to 11/12 pm Don't care of a particular method, ready to try/learn/practice any of them to cecceed. I have LDs, but probably 1-2 per year. Last one was one week ago, that's why I decided it is time to dig deepper. Can remember up to 3 regular dreams per night. Have night dreams and remember at least one of them every night.
