Subliminal audios? I havent ever heard of that stuff working. Are you making sure to keep a dream journal, and writing in it every morning? Also, make sure to do frequent RC's throughout the day. Those two things alone should get your LD's started if you give it time. (Try that out for a few months) |

Well I do have a dream journal but as of now I can't write in it every morning if I can't remember anything from my sleep. |

Write what you were feeling before and after you went to sleep, what you ate, what you were thinking. Just write something, and make sure to focus. |

Also, for the not remembering your dreams part, you might not when you VERY first wake up (though, thats usually when you do) But if you just sit there for a while, and think really hard and try to remember for a bit, you probably will. |
