      No improvement :'(

Me again. Well I've been listening to this subliminal audio, setting my mindset before I sleep to "I will remember my dreams", and trying to relax but I haven't gotten any improvement....

I don't know if it's just me or if I haven't done enough "Training". I really want this to work but with it not going anywhere I don't really want to be trying to do something I can't.

Subliminal audios? I havent ever heard of that stuff working. Are you making sure to keep a dream journal, and writing in it every morning? Also, make sure to do frequent RC's throughout the day. Those two things alone should get your LD's started if you give it time. (Try that out for a few months)

      Yeah, you're right, Tricky
I've been earnestly keeping my dream journal for some time now and as for RCs, I've been doing them as well, although I still haven't made of them the habit I want them to be. Nonetheless, they are really important when attaing lucidity comes to mind.
As for the audios, several months ago I was quite hooked, but, you know, they haven't been of any particular help so far, so...
Better stick with RCs and DJ for the time being and you'll be having LDs in no time! But, what is more important than any technique you may come across, you must be confident in you making it happen, you know?

Well I do have a dream journal but as of now I can't write in it every morning if I can't remember anything from my sleep.

Write what you were feeling before and after you went to sleep, what you ate, what you were thinking. Just write something, and make sure to focus.
When you wake up, try waking up slowly, not getting up quickly, but just laying still and thinking, trying to remember and focus on the dreams you don't yet remember. Just focus. :]

Also, for the not remembering your dreams part, you might not when you VERY first wake up (though, thats usually when you do) But if you just sit there for a while, and think really hard and try to remember for a bit, you probably will.

Most importantly, the key is consistancy. If you keep up your training as consistant as you are for a few months, you should be frequently having lots of LD's.
