Help?

Im so new to all of this, the more i read the more the more information is being pushed into my head. WILD? SP? all these other things ive never heard of! The only things i've experienced are lucid dreams, & what ever its called where you think youve been woken up in your bed, only to realize your still dreaming. Also once when i was very young, I woke up eyes open, not being able to do anything, not even blink, it happened to me twice in one night and never happened again, thankfully because it terrified me. That experience was unexplained until i joined this site. Anyways, i would really like to try all these other ways of sleeping and dreaming that i never even knew existed. Is there a good website that explains all of these things? Im sure i could experience all of these things pretty easily, since LD came so naturally to me every night.
