Hello everyone! I'm just a college kid trying to make it so I can look forward to sleeping. I hate sleep (I consider it a waste of time), but lately I've been able to remember some of my dreams, which is rare.

So I got to thinking, "Is there a way to control my dreams?" So I look it up, and here I am! If you guys can offer any basic info, please don't hesitate. I found that I've remembered dreams more since I've been listening to music as I sleep.

Again, please don't hesitate to help. I don't really have much to look forward to in the day, and I want to at least enjoy something at night.
