Hi, My name is John, just getting onto the forum. I have been very interested in dreaming and attempted lucidity for maybe around a year now, although I haven't joined a forum exclusively dedicated to dreaming. I have done a lot of research on methods and theories on what dreaming is and how to do it. I like to keep a journal of my dreams... but lately I have been slacking. I do however sleep a lot of the time and when I wake up am able to recall my dreams. I commonly wake and sleep and find myself with more vivid dreams at the end of the night. I will get into more detail about that later, but I just thought I would post on this forum because I am a noob! Hope to talk to you all soon, John
