Hello tkbaby13, you could try to use the "spinning and rol out of your body" technique when you feel you are deep enough into the WILD. I have used this many times to succesfully enter a LD. What I do is I imagine myself spinning around my length axis and then roll out of my body (which is perfectly save btw since its just your dream body rolling out of your physical body, although there are those I suppose who whould disagree). |

well last night after another try, i came very close. After counting to about 200 i used your roll out of body method. As im not to clear of what you ment i did what would make me feel like i rolled out my body. I experienced a false awakening i had a little trouble opening my eyes. The first thing i did was sit up in my dream and did a reality check. i pinched my nose and tryed to breathe and i could. the first thing i said was omg wow and got really excited but then i told myself to stay calm. right after that i went to look around in my room and it was really dark and im not a big fan of being in the dark so im pretty sure i got scared and put my head back down to shortly wake up 5 seconds after, i think now i just have to stay calm and focus on what to do when i reach that phase. |

Hey, thats quite good progress! I have experienced this myself often after spinning into a LD. Sometimes I can see only black and white, other times I can see only partly, etc. The trick is to stabilise the LD once you roll into it. I often did this by rubbing my hands, while starting off to explore. Jumping through my window was often helping me to get the dream started a bit. |
