      PhiL's intro

      Hey my name is Phil and im a newb i have been attempting to lucid dream using the wbtb method, i only came close though once i realized i was dreaming when i saw my cousin had really short hair and i know she doesn't i became lucid for 10 seconds but i hope to learn the more advanced techniques like wild by visiting this site its a great site btw!! hope to see you guys around .

      Hey hey Phil, welcome Keep in mind that the WBTB isn't really a technique in and of itself. It's really a way to help you time the use of the other techniques. WBTB just means that you get up (sometimes aiming for the start of a REM period) and stay awake for a period of time, then go back to sleep. It's at the end of the WBTB, when you are going to sleep, that you really are using a specific LD induction technique.

      MILD is a good one, especially when combined with WBTB. Looks like Shift gave you all the links that you need
