Hey hey Phil, welcome Keep in mind that the WBTB isn't really a technique in and of itself. It's really a way to help you time the use of the other techniques. WBTB just means that you get up (sometimes aiming for the start of a REM period) and stay awake for a period of time, then go back to sleep. It's at the end of the WBTB, when you are going to sleep, that you really are using a specific LD induction technique. |
