Question Hi, 1st Lucid - questions

      Hey everyone,
I thought that I'd try and have a Lucid after finding this site, before I signed up. It helped that I was off school revising for exams. About twelve days later it happened:
In my dream there was NO SCENERY that I remembered, this was partly what made me RC - don't even remember whhich one. So I realised and felt like because I'd read that it would fade fast if I got excited. The first thing I did was fly (watching Heroes helps this to seem normal in my brain ) but then there was just the horizon ahead of me. I couldn't even feel the wind . Then it started going grey. I tried to dreamspin but a very loud vibration/noise happened in my brain, and I stopped because it felt so weird. The my dream ended.

Also, I found that I only remember more than one dream a night when I have 9 hours sleep (6 cycles). Since normal scholl is back on, I only get 7.5 hours.

Please could I have some stability/imagery tips?

Dreamspinning is terrible in my opinion. Try grounding yourself in the dream by touching stuff and using your senses.

      Hey Transience,

What helps for me a lot is rubbing my hands. Also flying is one of the things most likely to make my LD unstable and end it prematurely.
I'm a BUG. Beyond Uber God.
