i havnt been able to remember any of my dreams for about a year now. im at the point that im beginning to think i just not dreaming at all. is there anything i should be doing?

As for not remembering dreams this happens to me in fact from age 5 till a little before I joined I din't remember any of my dreamsand thought the same thing. But voila try a bit of dream recal and I almost always remember a dream a night mabey 2 some times.

I Could never remember my dreams either. But after two nights with trying to remember and writing in a dream journal i remembered 2 dreams very vividly, then what i remember started to decreas as i started to not write in my dream journal. (mornings are not my favorite) but tomorrow hopefully ill have enought motivation and energy to write down what i remember. also try taking a (vitamen B?) before bed. theres more info in other parts of this site about vitamens. -Drown

The first dream I sucseful recalled has been permantly loged in my Brain. I can remember climbing that tree to get the Manhole (those thing in the road) cover as if I actually did it.

yah the same shit is happening 2 me 2. i like.....cant remember my dreams for days then all of a sudden...i hav this random LD. sum1 whos name i 4got suggested that Mint Tea helps with dream recall. great now i hav 2 go 2 the store to buy sum.......... WHY ME?!

yay! ive remembered my dreams (and journaled them) two nights in a row now. this is definatly a first. i dont know why, but ive been able to remember more now. also, i think i became lucid in one of them, but i was too much in disbelief to accept that i was dreaming. until i saw a spinning clock, but then i woke up. either way it was quite a rush.
