First off, let me start by saying this site is awesome, I've lurked here for months, I figured I'd join before I go to sleep. I'm not sure what to say now; due to sleep deprivation, so I guess I'll just say this: I've had a total of...4 lucid dreams, my most recent one being my most lucid and longest! I am definitely going to devote my mind to having at least three clear lucid dreams before summer is over! |

4 is pretty good, make yourself a nice dream journal, that will help you get lucid more often. Try the MILD and WBTB techniques if you haven't alreayd, they are the best for newbies |

You want to wake up before you dream for WBTB. If you wake up after your dream, then you have to wait until your next REM cycle, which is less productive. Figure out when you wake up naturally (this is after your dream) then set an alarm for 20 minutes before that. |
