Ok confession time....I've never intentionally had an LD, but just knowing they exist spurs me on. I've felt the vibrations during the WILD, but sadly my fear took over (yes I know there's nothing to fear, it's perfectly natural we do it every night just not consciously). I know I will eventually consciously enter the dream reality. I owned the NovaDreamer but I never got the hang of it, all those flashing lights drove me nuts. I see the research team is developing something to do with Galvanic Skin Response, that may work better dono, apparently our breathing rate changes as we enter REM, I was thinking of buying a cheap pc polygraph and record the physiologic changes during one nights sleep. There's this guy over on another forum that is developing a REM detector using what's known as the NIA or Neural Impulse Actuator it's used for gaming to control your controller with you guessed it your mind, well more aptly your brain waves. What could be a better device to detect REM then that, anyway if you want to check it out go theOCZ website. Two questions :What is the longest time spent in LD,the second is who in this forum has the highest number of successful LDs,preferably WILDs since they are harder. I presently listen to the Hemi-Sync Gateway Series, I use it to archive focus 10, and for the affirmation "I am more then my physical body...".I've tried using the BrainWave Generator (or Bwgen) but the only one that seems to put me in a different state of mind is the Migraine Headache Treatment #3 that varries btween 10 and 5hz.I am male,31,and Canadian, not that it matters since LDing is free to all of humanity yeah! . Well that's my intro, Sweet Lucid Dreams Everyone!
