Asking questions certainly is NOT spam. I suggest it. It is how we learn. It is one of the great advatages of having a broad forum of opinions and ideas.
Here is a link to the Tutorials for starters Nihilanth.

You say in your first post that you have tried. What techniques have you tried and how have you tried them.
Also give us some insight on your dream recall and sleep patterns. Otherwise it is a little vague to point out one particular option.

Well, I agree with Howetzer, although I will tell you my favorite method; I don't normally use methods, because I'm a natural, but lately, I have been really sticking to the Wake Back to Bed (WBTB) one. I love it, it comes so naturally to me, and it pretty much gets a hit every time.

      Good luck!

sorry i used to use WILD but i was quite unsuccesful. my sleep patterns are quite regular, im normally asleep by 11:30, but i wake up in the early hours of the morning regularly. my dream recall isnt great, but last night i remembered (and still do) 3 of my dreams, but i forgot to write them down

Well since you have a regular sleep pattern and good dream recall, maybe you could give the Wake Back to Bed Method like Rakkantekimusouka uses. ---->WBTB

The WILD technique is very productive but it is also a hard method to master. There is such a fine line between the awake state and dreaming and remaining aware through the entire process.

WBTB seems good, 'cept i dont know where to look for LD related things. getting up at 3 or 4am, staying up on here then going back to bed may be bad for waking up for school plus it tells me to do MILD WILD or HILD when i go back. this can cause problems
