      Hey DV!

I am Tommy, alias Potatoes. Earlier Mixedpotatoes, but i got bored of that user, so i got a new. I will start Lucid dreaming seriously again at 22nd of the 7th, in 9/10 days.

In Lucid dreaming, i will mainly focus on WILD, because that's the one i find easiest to do (yes, actually). I've had a few DILDs in my life, due to nightmares. I don't have nightmares anymore, so i guess it's easier to do WILD than DILD.

I hope i am welcome in your community

      - Tommy, Potatoes.

      Hehe

But i have a question. In wild, you trick your brain to think the body has fallen asleep. WTF? How is that possible? I AM my brain. How can i trick myself? It's like saying: "Oh, ill hide the toilet paper, then ill go take a dump, and then i don't have anything to wipe my ass with, hahaha."

      :p

Well, I'm no expert. But the basic belief is that if you lie still enough (phsycally) but remain awake (mentally) i.e. keeping your mind busy, not letting your thoughts drift too much, then your mind (as a functioning organ) will believe that your body has fallen asleep and that you have begun dreaming, therefore images will begin to form before your eyes and you will literally not feel your body anymore. Its crazy, absolutely mind blowing but it's real, I promise. Read the WILD tutorials and don't try too hard, if it happens, it happens, if not, don't lost too much sleep over it (hurhur punintended)

GOOOD LUCK, you'll find all the help you need around the site
