      Hi!& ?Question

      Hey guys

      Lucid dreaming is fun so I joined this forum!


      Can anyone reccomend me some good literature on Dreaming and LUcid Dreaming

      Hi Yonin!

      Two books come to mind when anyone says Lucid Dreaming literature. The first, of course, is Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Shephen LaBerge. A lot of members call it the Bible of Lucid Dreaming.

      Then there's a fiction book called Falling Awake by Jayne Ann Krentz. The main character has a job at a sleep disorder clinic, and uses Lucid Dreaming to help patients. I haven't finished it yet, but it's a good read.
