      Question about telling yourself "I will remember my dreams" before bed.

      I'm very new to this and I was wondering what that means. Does that mean verbally or just saying it in your head? Does that mean while your falling asleep or right before you actually get into bed?

      When I use to say it, I would say it in my head while falling asleep so it would be on my mind. There are peobably others that do it the other way around too.

      I don't think the exact way that you do it matters so much. More important is that the actual "intend" is there. As long as you have that, you should be fine.
