Question about an everyday dream sign.

So I read through my DJ and out of 8 dreams, different class mates of mine appear in 7. My question is: Can I use this as a good dream sign or will my mind automatically sort it out because it's a part of my everyday life? Thanks in advance, Axel

That is probaby a bad one to choose, Mabey anytime you see your friend in red, ask yourself "Is this a dream?" and really think about that question. Even if you know your awake, really think about it. When you dream and see your friend in red, mabey you'll eventully ask yourself that question and become lucid.

Well, I actually very rarely remember (or even pay attention to) what people wear... If I keep RCing I might get that down pretty soon, though. Thanks for your advice, I'll keep it in mind.

i might just say, anytime you see one of your class mates, do a RC (once) and maybe in your dream when it happens again you will remember to do it!

i might just say, anytime you see one of your class mates, do a RC (once) and maybe in your dream when it happens again you will remember to do it! The thing is I won't see them much again. Well, of course I will see some of my friends that went to the same class as me but I won't see them as frequently as I did when I went to school (which I don't do anymore). If it would be just my everyday friends appearing that would probably work fine, but so far alot of different classmates has appeared, even the ones I never got to know really well.

The simple practice of keeping a dream journal gives you the chance to see a record of your inner workings. As you work you will see more & more the comparison of your day & night realms. List the details of who was in it, give each dream a title, and date. Your general feeling or state, obvious symbols. Focus more on recording details and remembering them for now. Dream signs will come to you in time.
