Dairy products and remembering dreams better??

My friend told me that if you eat a lot of dairy products help you remember your dreams better. Especially cheese. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Thanks!

I've also heard this. Apparently, cheese and milk contain a certain chemical/enzyme, I'm not sure which, which helps with dream clarity. However, I'm unsure about it.

I'd try and see if it helps your clarity at all.
