Thread: Hello everyone

This will be my first post

My name is Adam, and I've been into lucid dreaming for a while. I had lucid dreams in the past and when I stopped trying to do it for a while I had a ton of them

anyways, besides introducing myself, I was wondering: can you stay in a lucid dream as long as you wish? Is it possible to stay in for weeks or months?

lol, no, you can't physically sleep that long, nor will your mind stay in REM. It's possible to stay in WILDs for an hour or even more though.

But you can make dreams seem like weeks or months.

At least, some have claimed that they have spent a large amout of time in a single dream. I think sometimes our perception of time is altered in dreams, so a short time can actually seem longer.

Yeah, I just meant can you make dream time seem to go on for weeks/months.
