I'm thinking about trying to WILD again, but last time I tried it was not a very pleasant feeling. I got "sleep paralysis" which was pretty scary for me and I decided to stop. Does anyone have any tips for not freaking out at that stage of WILDing? |

Nothing but keep calm and know it's all fake. It can be pretty amusing, especially when you get HI of a rainbow colored man with a top hat and a cane. |

if you can read this then you are about to be punched
Alright, thanks I'll probably try again tonight and see if I can overcome my fear this time. |

I got pretty scared of it once too, but just try again maybe youŽll get some great results! |

Back in black!
Hi Logan, I haven't tried any induction techniques for lucid dreams, but I have had a scary experience with sleep paralysis, one in which I woke up with my face fully stuffed in my pillow, and I couldn't move! Or breathe! Fortunately, I had just re-read Jeremy Taylor's book _Where People Fly and Water Runs Uphill_, and he had suggested moving fine motor muscles. The large muscle groups are frozen during sleep paralysis. So, I tried twitching an eyebrow, and that instantly released the paralysis. I think I read that at just the right time! |

It doesn't always happen, just try again. You might learn to love SP, it's like a roller coaster |
