      Talking New dreamer here :P

I've been on forums that had to do with astral projection, but the closest I ever got to it was lucid dreaming, false awakenings, and enhanced intuition (I wouldn't call it "ESP" because it might just be my subconscious reminding me of something I should have been more conscious of, hehe).

I guess I don't really have OBEs, I just "wake up" into an imaginary "alternate reality" with an imaginary "alternate body" created by my subconscious mind. This "imaginary world" I explore in my sleep is dreamland, a projection of my subconscious mind. I guess I don't even believe in OBEs.. hehe. If you believe in spiritual beings, perhaps they like to toy with my subconscious mind

Here is a recent experience I had today:
After falling back asleep from being awakened by my mom, I suddenly "wake up" (into a lucid dream known as a false awakening) to buzzing sounds, a small flying streak of light, and vibrations. After that I was being pushed and tugged to the edge of my bed by "invisible forces" (this is not the first time I experienced this). I slipped and fell out of bed still lucid and not believing a thing that was happening. I turned around and saw no one on my bed, then I crawled into my parents' bedroom who where still sleeping. I then crawled in front of her, but in real life she faces in the other direction. After that I feel like my head is spinning and then I wake up.

      Thanks

Most of my lucid dreams are wake induced or I start out dreaming then become lucid. I usually don't recall much of what I've been dreaming before lucidity though. Lucidity for me tends to be short and then I wake up, but I've had some long lucid dreams too (at least they seemed that way). I try looking at my hands or hanging on to something to keep me in the dream. I had this really funny dream that I was hanging onto someone's van which faded away into some invisible force. I kept pulling at this invisible force trying to stay dreaming, but the force wouldn't let me. lol
