DILD or WILD?

I havent had a LD yet, but I want to know what I should focus on. Which is easier to do? How long will it take me to get a DILD? Can I get an LD with a WILD tonight?

Depends on the person really, you should keep a dream journal aand write whatever you remember, You can practise both if you want, as in DILD takes only work while you are awake to do some RC during the awake day and make a habit if you will, in your dream world. WILD is more complicated and should have good dream recall to acheive, some dont need good recall..just look up and try everything you can, see what works. -Free
