hey everyone!

i actually stumbled upon this site while searching for a site on how to stop dreaming, but i found this fascinating.

now, you may ask... why would this girl want to stop dreaming?

i dream nightly, vividly (but not lucid, as far as i can recall)... so often, that honestly, it has become a bother to me. i never feel rested when i wake up from dreams. i often have to wake up in the middle of the night numerous times because my dreams are too frightening or too repetitive, or i'm too frustrated.

i dream in color, i smell, feel, taste... often have very gruesome dreams, i can't understand why!

i was just wondering if anyone here has any tips on perhaps making my dream experiences more pleasurable rather than horrible.
