well I've been trying to lucid dream since about March, and have been a bit off and on about it. I'd say on easter break during march is when I did it, where I had no school and could wake up and write down my dreams easier. went back to school and stopped. started back in early june for a few days then slacked off again and stopped, now I'm back to doing it the past week or so. Anyways I've had a total of about 4 lucid dreams. what helps me the most? Reading about how to lucid dream, helps me so much. Ever since trying to lucid dream, my dreams feel so real yet I still can't realize I'm dreaming consistently.
First time I lucid dreamed was about a month-month and a half ago or so, I was on my couch with a few friends in my house and all of a sudden I'm like "holy shit, I'm dreaming", and just kept repeating it and it was awesome.
best one so far was two nights ago when I realized I was lucid dreaming and I started to fly, it was so amazing, I got so excited that it felt like I lost the lucidity a bit.
Anyways looking forward to posting on the forums, hope I can start lucid dreaming even more on a daily basis.
