I set my alarm for WILDing, but when I wake up, it never went off, and it is set "off".

I think I turned it off unaware that I did.... This has happened twice. Do you guys think I should put the clock farther away from my bed? The clock was easily within my reach.

Gah, I know what you mean. The same thing has happened to me a lot of times. I say do it, because then you'll be forced to get up.

Absolutely. Mine is across the room from me. If it wasn't, I'd never get up on time.

JUST Got back from a mid day WILD attempt...

If it wasn't for the light and the lawn mower...

I get very very far, good command of staying still, good command of resisting urges to move....

I need to invest in a blindfold... and some earplugs.... I have the willpower... just....

I need to invest in blindfolds and ear plugs.

And if it wasn't for my alarm clock going all Schrödinger's cat on my arse I might not even need that!

Yes, I recommend that you put your clock outside of easy reach, that way you are forced to get up. Also you could set multiple alarms. And don't be fooled by false awakenings. You may awaken and see that your clock is off and believe you've failed yourself when you are in fact dreaming that your clock is off. I once became lucid by making a note about an oddity with my alarm clock. Maybe you will too!
cloud9wannablucid= cloud_9_47417 + want to be lucid. Stay cool! I do believe!
