      I think I had a WILD o.o

Last night, I went to bed, and I was really tired. So I was lying on my back, which I usually dont, I always lie on my side, but I found it to be really comfortable. Then I just kinda.. slowly dozed off, and I saw a vision of some guy that I work with. At this point I was still aware of all my surroundings, and suddenly the word 'Awake' or 'Aware' flashed next to the guy I work with. Then I was like, OH MY GOD I'M AWARE OF MY DREAM, and I woke up instantly ><

      I need more practice. xD

I've been using the Mindmaster program, you know, subliminal messaging and stuff. I think thats what led me to this dream.

Anyway, what do you guys think? Was it a WILD?

Yeah its definately a good start, try to relax next time this happens and see if you can actually go into a lucid dream. You seem to have a talent for WILD, so make use of it! You just need more exprience to make it work. Good luck

That's common when first lucid dreaming. It's a brand new state of consciousness and your bran doesn't know what to make of it, so it turns the logical centre of your brain on to figure it out, which of course wakes you up. That stops happening after a few times. Check out my lucid dream journal, you'll notice that the first couple are really short, but then they suddenly jump in length, it'll happen to you as well.
