Does anyone else think SP feel's good?

I find SP to be extremely relaxing, feel's like humongous waves of euphoria. Anybody else enjoy entering SP?

Not all Sleep Paralysis sufferers actually suffer
for some the experiences can be fulfilling, or special.

It may be enjoyable, and could be changed into a positive experience.

The only problem I have, is during WILD in the transition to a lucid dream, is your mind still awake and fully working? The dream is basically just CEV's?

Yeah, I love all the weird things that happen while trying to WILD. I've never had an unpleasant experience with it. Creepy, yes. But not unpleasant.

I've had a tingly feeling, but that's as far as I've ever got.

It gets pretty comfrotable when your whole body is numb and tingly. I usually fall asleep when that happens that's my problem

Next time do it inside, rather than in your garden.

At first I hated SP because I didn't know what it was. Now I love it! I pray for it!

ooh i love them! lol i had this experience where i was in my room, just going to sleep and then the atmosphere changed and i felt like i was in a crazy roller coaster ride i couldn't get off...and then suddenly something was pulling at my hair! creeeeepy but i stayed calm and then after a couple of minutes, i opened my eyes and i stood up and noticed i was having a lucid dream! i remember about this other sp where i heard lots of whispering and something was grabbing me. i looked and it was like this bald Britney spears trying to pull me down. but...she didn't scare me. to be honest, i was annoyed. sadly, i haven't gotten lucid in a while :[

It's very uncomfortable for me. It feels like my body is tightening up and my adrenaline pumps uncontrolably. Even if I don't panic, because I don't, it still is so unbearable and I have to get out of it.

Luckily, I'm not awake during SP most of the time. Even when I wild, I don't experience effects of SP most of the time. More like 95% of the time or so.

I've had so many different SP experiences. When I was younger, I was terrified of it because I honestly thought aliens were abducting me! (I'm 34... No internet in the 80's peeps...) Noone I ever knew experienced it, and when I'd try to tell them about it, I'd get crazy looks, so I stopped talking about it, thinking I was some freak of nature. I would see aliens in my room, or devils, or black shadow men (still see this one sometimes). It wasn't until I was older that I started getting used to the fact that it was NOT going to hurt me, there WERE no aliens, and it would pass.

The closest thing that I can compare SP to is laughing gas. I had to have stitches when I was 16, and they gave me laughing gas in order to inject the numbing shots... OMG! It felt exactly like SP, but I was wide awake! I tried to tell my Mom & the nurse what was happening, & they were just standing there talking to each other. So I slid my leg off the table & the nurse gave me oxygen. She said, "It usually doesn't happen that fast!" I told Mom that was exactly how I felt when falling asleep sometimes. She didn't like to talk about it... I'm sure it worried her that she couldn't explain it away. Anyhoo, the nurse gave me the gas again, it still felt the same way, and didn't help the pain of the shots AT ALL!

I've had SP where it came on me in hard waves, hard enough that I thought I could hear a buzzing sound as it pulsed through me. I've had it mild and easily tolerable, pleasurable. I've also had it where my hands and feet felt like they want to explode. That HURTS. Now I don't get SP but a few times a year.
