While sleeping, watch.
That's actually something I was curious about. Does lucid dreaming inhibit you from getting the amount of rest you need? It sounds like your brain is pretty active and "wakeful" during lucid dreams. |

"Give a man fire, and he's warm for the day. Set a man on fire, and he's warm for the rest of his life." - Terry Pratchett
I don't have a lot of lucid dreams, but I have pretty vivid ones. I've never noticed any ills effects, even when I am motivated enough to wake up during the night to jot my dreams down even though I'd much rather be snoozing. |

"Often I will spin a tale, never will I charge a fee. I'll amuse you an entire eve, but, alas, you won't remember me. What am I?" - Sloth Demon, Dragon Age: Origins mage origin

If you're fatigued, it's probabaly more to do with lack of sleep. |

Your brain is constantly active even if you are not lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming has no more of a physical effect on you then normal dreaming does, it is after all just a dream you are controlling. |
