Each Team has its own purpose. For example, the Art team has comprised many of the images you see throughout the Forum. While the Research Team and Education Team are Trying to advance the knowledge of Lucid dreaming & other related topics.
There are rules a regulations for each team which can be found under the Forum Rules. Most rules are rather lucrative. If you have any further questions do not be afraid to PM (Private message) a moderator
