Sounds like you are going into SP (sleep paralysis). I get that kind of feeling just before I fall asleep. Search reverse blinking - that'll help you get into the same state really fast. |

I was going to post almost exactly the same thing as Toby. I tried WILDing from 8:20 to 9:30 today and felt numb, but that was it. No hallucinations of any sort or anything. I've tried a couple of times now but nothing really has ever happened except for getting a soft swaying motion that goes away as soon as I notice it. |

I tried to WILD yet again this morning, after 30 minutes of lying still I felt numbness in my hands and legs again, that continued for another 30 minutes and nothing happened, no SP, no dreams, nothing. So I quit. |
