few questions about wild

Hello, I'm interested in lucid dream a long ago but just a few months ago I working on it. At 2 months ago I just tried about 2 weeks RCs and DJ, but stopped RC because it didn't worked for me, and stopped my DJ for lack of time ( but I plan to back on it). Since then, I've been trying everyday at least 30 min on wild directly from my main sleep time, and I'm so very happy that in this week I had one semi-conscious dreaming (which I just remember a few things from my SP, then going into a dream which I was trying to change a woman into another).

Going to the point, I wanna know if it's possible to wild this way everyday - directly from main sleep -, and what should I make to improve my conscious state?

I like your name, it fits well here.

Anyway although it is possible to do this everyday from first trying to fall asleep, it's very very difficult for most people and almost not worth doing.

What's usually recommended is Wake-Back-to-Bed or WBTB which has been very helpful to me and here's the link: http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=64626
