Hello Please let me introduce myself

Hello all I am new here and find the information very helpful Let me share with you where I am.... I am using the WILD technique after getting my body relaxed I am beginning to have some Hypno Hallucinations, last night I was having quite a few dream impressions this went on for quite a while and was very pleasant my body felt very heavy as in between the "2 sec dreams" i call them, i was aware of my body, and drifting in and out of a dream like state then waking up must of dropped completely off this was going on through the night and was really nice like lots of small dreams and bordering on sleep/wake I am lucky to be able to recall my dreams and have started a journal i am having around 4 full dreams per night and can recall them well I don't know if this is actually a lucid dream but I was in a shop that sells all different things and i was testing a guitar for some one although i knew i was playing it, it was as if i was observing myself playing it is quiet hard to explain i could hear the chords i was playing through the amp would this be a LD? I also have used Binaural audio to relax before sleep is is very helpful I lookforward to your help or maby I can help you Thanks again for a great site, very helpfull TTFN J
