Hi, i'm getting starded and i would like to hear some advices to get lucid.
I already keep a diary of dreams and I'm starting to make RC's all day long. One that i think it will work fine with me it's: write a A (awake=acordado(I'm portuguese)) on the palm of my hand and that's inevitable to look to the A in my hand.
