Hi, i'm getting starded and i would like to hear some advices to get lucid. I already keep a diary of dreams and I'm starting to make RC's all day long. One that i think it will work fine with me it's: write a A (awake=acordado(I'm portuguese)) on the palm of my hand and that's inevitable to look to the A in my hand. Tank you for reading and I'm on my way to the tutorials now.

As for the tutorial, I recommend reading the reality check, DILD, WBTB, and How Dreams are Created ones. That should give you enough understanding to get you in a lucid dream Let us know if you have any specific questions.

Hi Espadainmycloset....think i got it right? ..SP was the same for me until i found what how and why ..it feels like jolts of electric for me SP can be quite a frightening experience what you need to do is read about it, and prepare yourself for it theres nothing to worry about its completely normal, it can also be exciting as part of your journey in Lucid Dreaming Good luck let us know how you get on

Well, I did it by accident...and apparently I was pretty good at it
