New Here, but had some Lucid Dreams

Im Matt, and Im 16 yrs old

I have had a few Lucid Dreams (around 3-4) that I can somewhat remember before even knowing what they were. I have always been a very logical person, so I suppose it makes sense that I find faults in dreams, thus leading me to realize that I am dreaming... Last night, after reading more about Lucid Dreaming, I woke after a dream sign... The dream sign was that I had 5 fingers on both hands (I only actually have 2 fingers and a thumb on my right hand). So anyways, I am on here to try to master the skill of lucidity.

As far as OBE go, does dreaming in 3rd person count? Sometimes I witness my dreams, for lack of a better example, as a movie scene with me as the main character...

I will be "up for adoption" on the site as soon as I have been on here for 2 weeks.

      Few basic things about me:
      -Very logical thinker
-Agnostic (Dont think we as humans can comprehend what God is)
-Have low serotonin (so I have mild OCD and complex migrain disorder)

One main thing I want to work on is dream recall. I am not too good at remembering my dreams... So I have probably had more Lucid ones than I remember.

Hope this serves as a decent introduction.

      Look forward to learning!

      Welcome Matt!

Good job in reality checking I actually have never remembered to do a RC yet. Since I was a teen, I've always relied on just randomly being able to tell it's a dream by whatever was happening in the plot, and lately, I see dream signs and I'm lucid without doing one. But, to be honest, I would LOVE to remember them, because seeing the time go funky or putting my finger through my hand sounds freaking awesome

As for the adoption program, it looks like it's being phased out, but it's getting replaced by something much cooler. There is a DV Academy in the works, which you should check out and maybe sign up for. It's looking like recognising dream signs and dream recall will be one of the classes covered

For now, I recommend starting a dream journal. Definitely keep something by your bed to write on, if it's possible, or keep it on your computer. Or keep one here, we have a forum for that, too But, by keeping a consistent journal will help you to remember more and more of your dreams.

Thanks! I dont think it was a legitimate RC tho cuz I just sorta "noticed" aha. Thats usually how it happens for me... Thanks for the link to the academy, I will be sure to check that out.
