...or that lucid dreaming was this widely practiced.

Hi, my name is Adam.

Since I'm hard taking a break from work at the moment, I'll make a brief introduction. Also, I apologize for any typos, since this keyboard has really loose keys.

Anyways, even though I'm new to the forums, I'm not new to lucid dreaming. I first discovered lucid dreaming when I was 5-years-old, and loosely practiced it until my teens, with my only tools being my conciousness and what you may refer to as a 'dream journal'. I have a good handle on it, but I feel there's room for improvement, since I was never aware that there are methods to it, or that people actually widely practiced it. Also, excuse me while I gain grasp of terms shared in the community.
It's been roughly 6 years since I had my last lucid dream. However, last night I had to fall into conciousnes in order to stop a nightmare (I'll write out my dream later in the dream-sharing board.)
Anyways, I gotta head off, so I'll come back later, and expand my introduction. Bye.
