Do night contacts affect my dreams?

So... I started learning how to lucid dream around 3 days ago (b/c I watched Avatar and I want to get onto Pandora ASAP). I wear night contacts, and I'm kinda worried that they might affect my dreams/ability to dream. Do they?

Thanks . How long did it take for you to have decent dream recall (as in you can remember your dreams pretty well after you wake up)?

Oh well I don't, but you should keep a dream journal.. it helps a lot.

It may affect your dreams, yes. But will it have affect your ability to dream? I highly doubt it. There may be some more focus than usual on the eyes, causing a slightly lighter sleep. But even that is unlikely.
