      Greetings

      Greetings All!

I've been lurking here for a few weeks and finally decided to uncloak.

I was at a meditation retreat in November and the teacher talked a bit about lucid dreaming. So I decided to look into it. And that brought me here.

I had a lucid dream the first night after reading this forum. But then it was several weeks before I had another. Then I had two more on one week. But that was two weeks ago.

It sure is exhilarating when it happens!

Now I am committed to the pursuit of lucidity.

      Hello,

I have a lucid historic like you too . It looks like much easier when we get a little experience, doesn't? Good luck on your journey.

      thanks for the welcome!

I go to the same meditation retreat every year. I think this was the ninth. 7 days in silence and about 8 hours of sitting meditation a day.

      Hollllly moly!

I'd love to go on a meditation retreat some day, but that is some hardcore meditating!

      Well anyways,

      Well anyways,
It sounds harder than it is. Beginners do it no problem. And all the sits are optional so if your butt hurts too much, you just take a walk in the desert or take a nap. No pressure.

      Thanks for the welcome!
