      I've been trying, please help

      I've trying a lot to do WILD. i 've been carrying out reality checks through out the day, but somehow , i am not being able to induce lucidity.Could anyone please help me with the WILD tech. what are the signs, how you should be doing it, time frame??

      well, with a WILD you dont do RCs, you consciously enter a dream. you are probably talking about the DILD techinque. read this, it might clear some things.
