Hi, yesterday i stumbledupon this site, and i read the front page overview, and i became really interested, so i do reality checks (about 10 an hour) i started a DJ, i almost never remember my dreams the next morning, so i woke up 4.5 hours, 6 hours and 7.5 hours. but i usually fall back asleep so fast i dont remember waking up, so it was weird when it was hard for me to fall back asleep, maybe i was just excited, idk. i got a good list of my dreams last night, im surprised since its my first night and i never remember dreams. it was only snipits, like the longest and clearest was only like 8 seconds, but im sure since im dedicated, ill get better at DR, and hopefully soon LD im an exchange student in argentina, so im also interested if i can improve my spanish to talk more fluidly if i practice spanish my dreams any wise words or welcome would be appreciated thanks )

First of all, It's great that you keep a DJ and RC a lot. You didn't go into further detail on how you perform your reality checks, but this is a tip for you: Quality over Quantity. Don't just poke your palm, that shit never works. Question your surroundings. Ask yourself: Where am I? Should I be? Where was I before I got here? What people are around me? Should they be here? Does this situation make sense? Do that rather than counting your fingers because that rarely works for me. Best of luck!

thanks you guys both! axel: i have been looking at my phone for the time, closing it, and looking at the time again, then counting hte time like, if it was 2:13, id be likie 2:14, 2:15 in my head like a timer thing but ill def do more quality, thanks for that mot: thanks for the welcome!
