I have almost no dream recall...

I have almost no dream recall. I eat very healthy foods, I excerise, I get at least 7 hours of sleep on a fairly rigid schedule. I love dreaming, but remembering one dream every few months can get quite depressing. Any suggestions?

You need to keep a dream journal. I've just started trying to lucid dream and when I started my dream journal it helped out straight away. To start off with I could hardly remember any dreams but now I can remember 2-3 a night. Hope this helped and good luck

I suggest you maximise your chances by multiplying them. Wake up in the middle of the night, and write down your dreams then. Several times. Use alarm clocks or the 'drink lots of water before bed' technique.

I drank lots of water before bed once and had to get up about three times, but I still had no memory of my dreams that night.

This is what i did and it worked for me. At first I thought I had no dream recal but now I do just fine. You know how when you lose you trane of thought and you can't remember what you were thinking about but if you keep trying you can reel that thought back in. Well when you first wake up and you can't remember lay down and relax and start thinking. Eventually you will reel in an image and that image will start bringing back a bunch of memories from that dream.
      I hope that helped
