or mid lucidity that you know that your lucid dreaming but your not in a complete consiousness stade ( sorry If I dont seem logic) thats all As I dont remember if I ever had a lucid dream I cant really understand the stade of consiousness I think that I had one but waked up or I only was half consious..

sorry if my english is not perfect :P

      HELLO HELLO HELLO!!!
      All questions are welcome.

There is know doubt that you can obtain lucidity and clarity to that you are feeling as you had as you typed your post.
Some LD's (Lucid dreams) are not quite so vivid.
Some however are soooo lifelike that you infact do not know you are even in a dream until you do an RC (reality check)

      It's awesome

be.. like being able to wake up exactly at the hour that we want.

btw is there any before sleep tips that can induce lucid dream? mentra or RC i know that they are lot out there but is there anyone that works better or does it works better if we believe it :?:

A very useful approach for someone who is new to Lucid dreaming instead of filling your mind with the many techniques is to first try this. Simply say to yourself over & over again before going to sleep (I AM GOING TO REMEMBER TO RECOGNIZE THAT I AM DREAMING) That is how I got my first lucid dream.
Approach the thought as if you were trying to remember an impotant meeting next week. Even as you repeat it. Make it seem imparative

      Nice
