CILD most likely refers to Chocalate Induced Lucid Dream, in which you eat a lot of chocalate before you go to bed and it is supposed to make you lucid. The reason for this is most likely the combination of both caffeine and theobromine, both of which have a similar effect. It would presumably work better with WBTB than using before you go to sleep at the beginning of the night, as the caffeine in the chocolate takes 45 minutes to reach full effect. CILD may also refer to Cellphone Initiated Lucid Dream, which is basically setting your phone to go off regularly to cause you to RC during the day. TOTM means task of the month.
