      Studying for a test

I hear people can dream for days and only be going through 7 hours in real life. Would you be able to study for a test in your dreams and remember what you studied? I am not saying learning new things because you can't study new things when they aren't in your memory. But just understand things further and remembering more clearly...

It is absolutely proven you can get BETTER at things you already know. For example, I practice guitar in my lucid dreams, and I wake up with a bit more dexterity and skill. The difference is slight, but I can tell the difference. And you could argue muscle memory, but lucidity is so closely related to "the real" world, your muscles will remember the lucid practice as well.

If you know the material of your test, and quickly fall asleep and become truely lucid, then you can continue to look over your work. I believe that your mind has great photo-genic abilities that can be tapped into via lucid dreaming.

But really, you have to KNOW the stuff to get better at it in your lucid dream. Think of it this way--lucid dreaming is JUST like being awake.

You could do that, but don't be supprised if what you learn in a lucid dream is wrong though, sometimes it will give you false imformation

      (i.e) H2 + O = Na

      Somthing stupid like that.
