Well this is more a personal thing. If you believe it will help, it probably will. But if you have some doubts, this can change. I'd say anything you feel is relaxing will help, or any music to help you focus. |

Is it ok to listen to music before I go to sleep and think of lucidity? Because I found it helps me fall asleep alot faster, but I'm not sure... it might distract me from my goal? |

The majority of doctors and researchers agree that listening to music as you sleep is a detriment. Listening to soft music, without lyrics is a different story. But if the music you listen to has lyrics, your brain is forced to focus a part of its attention on it ALL night...this can cause problems in life (so they say. this isn't proven, but I believe the theory has been backed enough by the "smart" people, I wouldn't do it) |

What about the song Halcyon On & On by Orbital? No lyrics for the first 3 minutes. Then some mindless jibber jabber. |
