      Can someone help?
I haven't had a dream or even nightmare in a very long time, I'm wondering if there is any way I can induce myself to have dreams..
I am also finding it hard to work out exactly HOW to LD...

I know it's a bit cliched, but you are having dreams, you just aren't remembering them...

Try keeping a notebook / journal by your bed, and writing down anything you remember when you wake up. The more you get into the habit of trying to remember anything from the morning, the easier it will get.

The Dream Recall tutorial might help you as well -> http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=66343

There's many legal drugs and vitamins etc, to help you have dreams and lucid dreams. Ask some dream views members that use them.
