      We dream in Bermuda too.

Greetings to any and all. My subject is stated as such because i couldnt find Bermuda in the country list. there are quite a bit of people practicing dreamwork here on the island. i work in a metaphysical bookstore and encounter a lot of them. i've been keeping a DJ <---acronym off and on for over three years. I've already experienced lucid dreaming on a few occasions, but never really knew the "protocols" of it. I just figured i could do it whenever, but after reading through this site i've learned that its not that simple. thanks for the elaborations.

as i said, i work in a metaphysical bookstore, so i've read some books on dreaming. i stay away from the dream interpretations, and look more into techniques and experiences. i flipped through The Art of Dreaming (C. Castenada) and got some good info out of there, but actual experience has done the most for me. i also use crystals in my dream prospects, and i am VERY interested in any information or forum topics on that. i've been using amethysts, amertrines, lemurian seed crystals, and moonstones with different results from each. the last LUCID experience i had was Feb 3rd, before that, October. both dreams did not take place near home, but in locations that are overseas and familiar. it would save me alot of money on vacations if i got a solid technique down

i welcome any assistance, direction, suggestion, etc. with open arms. i'm also very curious about dreamscaping. i dont recall that term in any of my inquiries. thanks in advance to all who come to aid.

also. . .can you add Bermuda to the country list, because we have such a nice flag and i plan to tell a lot of people about this site.

      i love this site

Welcome, Shel, to DV! (We use all sorts of acronyms so it's okay )

For some people, LDing is very simple and can sometimes be fooled by the complexity of the site. For others, it may just be as involving as it sounds (like myself). The main thing, at least in my opinion, is just getting the right mind-set and everything else will fall into place. As you can probably imagine, LDing is so cool and once you get it down (which I'm still working on) the whole night-time world is your oyster.... or shrimp.... or chicken, respectively. Thanks for joining us here and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Bermuda? Is it warm there? Sweet Lucid Dreams!

      Bermuda? Is it warm there?

the weather's up and down. warm when the sun's out, but the evenings are cool. average temperature's 'bout 70degrees (H85 L45; mostly upper 60's).

i'm really diggin' this site. it has such a community atmosphere. even at work, where people always wanna kno 'bout dreams, there's little interest in any type of dreamwork.

      thanks for the welcome [/quote]
