      hello new guy here :)

      hi my name is kaden, im 13 years old and from indiana, US

      i have been reading about lucid dreaming for a few days now and was just woundering

      what sorts of reality checks do you guys do and what prosess do you do them in

      thats all, really ive had a lucid dream so far so im not having trouble with it

      For me, when I remember to do RCs, it's the hand through palm RC. That one is fullproof for me. As for the process, I'm not sure what you mean by that. If you mean how do I do it, I just stick two fingers into the palm of my other hand. I've done it in a few dreams, and the fingers come out the other side. It's pretty cool.

      Welcome Kaden!

      Im new here too, but i have a little bit of experience with LD's. I actually think that the Nose Reality check is the best one(for me at least). the only time it fails for me is either when im not paying enough attention or when i am sick and have a stuffy nose. but i always follow up the nose one with looking at my hands, looking at text a few times, and then putting a finger through palm(like snowy said)
