      Hello! New with questions!

Hey, i'm brand new here, just stumbled upon this today actually. Anyway, i have a quesiton for you guys. At night, i don't dream, atleast to say i do not remember any of it. The only time i ever get a dream is when i set my alarm clock early, say, 8:00, sleep until my second alarm 9:00 sleep til my third alarm 10:00, when ia ctually wake up. During that process i'll remember the dream from 8-9 and 9-10, but nothing other than that. It's the only real reason why i have that many alarms, i love to dream, but i never actually "dream."

I didn't even know that there was such thing as thi wegbsite, but after finding out abuot it i'mr eally interested, and will try some of the stuff posted in the tutorials tonight. (soon hehe)

ps. the stuff about hallucinations and seeing people creeps the shit out of me.
never happened to me before. hopefully it won't!

Well first off let me ask do you have a regular sleep cycle? 6 or more hours of sleep? And the reason you have more dreams or can remember more during the hours you said you set your alarms is when your REM periods are most intense and vivid. But you can dream way before all of this. Simply start a Dream Journal that really helps people and myself. Even if you remember just a little bit write it down, I remembered a few things when I first started but writing them down helped me and you can check mine just to see the progress. To help you since you are new I recommend getting use to what lucid dreaming means and read some other peoples journals just to see how it is and what it does for them but don't go trying to control everything once you have one. We dream every night 5+ times maybe. and every REM period is roughly 90 minutes and a little shorter closer to the morning. Pick a method you think is good for you, for starters DILD or MILD will be perfect. As for the Sleep Paralysis you stated in your PS, it happens every night too. You just aren't awake for that part. It's all natural everything that happens or is said here is natural. You experience it all while sleeping and dreaming.
      It's a mad world.

I have exactly the same, I dream/remember a dream only once a half year or so
dream journal wouldn't help for me I think because even right after waking up I don't remember having any dreams

that's why I'm trying WILD, I hope that since my mind is awake then I'll remember the kucid dreams I get from it(but that's all a guess, only did 2 attempts so far and no succes yet)

Thanks for the tips Madworld, By the way, is there a link for all these acronyms? I haven't snooped around long enough to know eveyrhting I can assume ILD means Induced lucid dream, but i'm still a little lost for DILD MILD etc etc. I hope that keeping a dream journal will help me remember more, because quite frankly i've always thought of myself to be a non-dreamer. I can only remember snippets from the morning dreams i have, that's basically it.
